Certification is a two-step process that includes asking associates to complete the Trust Index, a research-backed employee experience survey, and answering a short questionnaire about the workforce. According to Great Place to Work, because employee feedback and independent analysis determine the scores, certification helps job seekers distinguish which companies genuinely offer a great company culture. Certification gives employers a recruiting advantage by providing a globally recognized and researched-backed verification of a great employee experience. This is the fifth year HORAN has earned a Great Place to Work CertificationTM. The company was also recognized in 2016, 2018, 2020, and 2021.
